About Julie
For over 40 years, wealth advisor Julie Cook prides herself on having a close personal relationship with her clients. She began her career in financial services as a commercial lender providing loans to local businesses in central Illinois. Her goal then, as it is now, was to help her clients grow, thrive, and positively impact those around them. After several years in banking, Julie decided to move to the investment side of the financial services industry, bringing with her the ideal of helping others flourish and pursue their financial goals. As an independent advisor, she can do just that using the investment products that best suit her client’s individual needs. In this way, she and the team at Horizon Clarity are able to have a highly personal practice and provide the highest level of personalization and care for their clients.
Julie also holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 licensure held through LPL Financial, and Life & Health Insurance licenses. Julie holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERⓇ (CFP)Ⓡ , which means that she is a certified fiduciary who upholds specific ethical standards that put the needs of her clients first.
Outside the office, Julie enjoys playing golf, entertaining, and spending time with her husband Ben and their Schnauzers Bailey and Annie.
